Joseph W Samarneh
I’m an engineer and independent builder with an interest in experimental systems, software, 3D printing, and the practical problem-solving that happens between those categories.
What I work on
Most of my projects start with a problem I want to understand better. Sometimes the answer is a test fixture or measurement system; sometimes it is software, a printed part, or an entire product idea. I like work that crosses boundaries between mechanical hardware, electronics, data, and interface design.
This site is where I keep the pieces that make sense to publish: project notes, selected writing, experiments, and eventually finished products.
Writing
The writing archive began with a few media-analysis essays and will stay available as the site grows. New writing may cover engineering, software, design, or anything else worth documenting carefully.
